Boland Survey Salary Tables Now Available

This year, the Boland Survey launched on a completely new, more interactive platform, and we’re pleased to announce that the second part of the Boland Survey reporting system – Salary Tables – is now available! As the only comprehensive source of nonprofit sector compensation data, the Boland Survey can help your nonprofit make informed comparisons and predictions on salary and human resource practices.

Organizations that register for and submit their 2019 data now have access to the salary tables feature. These tables contain data from 1999 through to 2019, which allows you to identify and use compensation trends in planning and research over the past 20 years, even if you didn't participate in past surveys. With the new tables, you can access and interact with the following types of salary information:

  • Salary tables: Traditional Boland Survey salary tables, revised and updated! Data can be filtered by year, region, subsector, annual operating budget, and/or staff size. These tables still contain annual or hourly salary data by position but you’ll only see the information you need, based on your filters.

  • Bonus tables: These tables, previously part of the salary tables, contain bonus data (paid, target, and maximum), total compensation (annual), and pension information for each position. Bonus tables can also be filtered by year, region, subsector, annual operating budget, and/or staff size.

  • Contractor tables: This table offers a complete listing of average hourly rates for positions currently held by contractors. The contractor tables can be filtered by year, region, subsector, annual operating budget, and/or staff size.

  • Salary determination: Use this chart to compare criteria that organizations use to determine salary levels, and filter by year, sector, and/or region to get the most relevant results.

All Boland Survey tables and charts can now be downloaded in multiple formats, including Excel and PDF, and are updated as new data is submitted! Don’t have a subscription yet? There's still time! To ensure you have access the 2019 updated reports and tables, be sure to subscribe and enter your data before December 31, 2019.
