HR Community of Practice

The Human Resources Community of Practice (HR Exchange) brings together engaged HR professionals to build relationships, share resources and experiences, and create new knowledge. This group meets a minimum of five times a year, keeping a pulse on HR-related issues in the nonprofit sector, best practices, legislation, and industry standards. Working groups are also formed to collaborate, share experiences and strategies, maximize value from group discussions, and bring forth recommendations to help inform new policies. Agendas are based on the HR priorities of the group, emerging topics, themes, or questions that come up.

Please note: HR Exchange is open to all dedicated professionals in the nonprofit sector who are currently working in a Human Resources role.
