Living Your Charitable Purposes

Are you a registered charity? Do you need to better understand the activities that you are carrying out and how they align with your purposes? Do you need a refresher on what your charitable purposes are and how they apply both at the governance and management levels of your organization?
The topics that will be included are: Governance responsibilities, charity legal compliance, CRA compliance (reporting, receipting, other CRA policies), GST compliance.
This seminar would be of interest to Board members, Management and Volunteers as we help you to explore the requirements of meeting your charitable purposes for successful outcomes as you carry out your missions.
Keeping Your Nonprofit Healthy

The topics that will be included are: understanding your objects, Governance responsibilities, legal compliance, CRA compliance and reporting, GST compliance.

This roundtable workshop will answer questions around how changes to legislation may affect your organization and how to address them in your daily operations.
Bringing Your Budget to Life

This discussion workshop will provide information on how to effectively communicate your financial policies and processes as a Board and Staff, helping both groups be on the same page as you manage your budget.

Are you a charity, nonprofit, or society with specific questions around financial or legal compliance issues? Work with IntegralOrg one-on-one, free, for one hour. Your issues may include but are not limited to:
