Harvard ManageMentor adds value to your organization by:

  • Providing flexible, professional, reputable, applicable and cost-effective training at your fingertips anytime of the day;
  • Centralizing access to educational content that is applicable to all organizations - large or small - with advanced materials for those who require them;
  • Allowing supervisors the freedom to develop individual professional development plans based on the materials which are most relevant to their organizational focus and management development goals; and
  • Offering free peer learning sessions on selected topics. (Attendees will be required to complete a specific module prior to these discussions.)

Program Costs:

Traditionally, Harvard ManageMentor has been offered only through private and public organizations with large workforces. The Calgary HR Initiative has developed an agreement to act as an umbrella organization to allow multiple nonprofit groups to access the training program and get the same cost discounts previously available only to much larger organizations. In addition, Harvard is offering a further 20% discount for charitable organizations.

The cost for Harvard ManageMentor is US$267.52 for one year of world-class management training, or approximately US$22.00 per month. (The cost of the program in Canadian dollars is subject to fluctuation based on the US exchange rate, which is calculated by TD Commerical Banking). Once an organizations signs a "Schedule" to participate, the rate is firm for the duration of the licence.
