Provincial Legislation
The voluntary sector is diverse, both in terms of the size of organizations, and their areas of work. However, whether organizations are 100% volunteer-driven or have hundreds of staff, work on environmental issues or international development, they are all affected by the shared impact of provincial government policy - legislation, guidelines, rules and regulation.
They touch the sustainability and mission of every nonprofit organization. To this end, CCVO is engaged in an ongoing process to track, monitor, map, evaluate, and participate in the specific pieces of provincial policy that are currently or soon to be under review or are of concern.
