Policy Issues
Addressing cross-cutting government issues that affect organizations from across Calgary’s voluntary sector is central to CCVO’s mission. These cross-cutting issues include government policy at all levels - the Government of Canada, the Province of Alberta and The City of Calgary. Decisions at all levels are important to the sector. Our focus on government policy includes:
- Federal Government Policy and Budgets,
- Provincial Government Policy and Budgets, and
- Municipal Government Bylaws and Budgets.
