Mark Lisac, publisher of the acclaimed weekly newsletter Insight into Government, and commentator on Alberta politics since 1979, presents his unique insight into the current political climate in Alberta. This CCVO event will feature a special focus on the upcoming provincial election and a discussion on how the major changes in the provincial government will impact the nonprofit and voluntary sector.

From establishing regulatory frameworks, to the provision of funding through a variety of streams, the Government of Alberta is a key player for the nonprofit sector. Directly or indirectly, the policies and actions of the government affect every nonprofit organization in Alberta. Registration is available online.
