Comment on Alberta's FOIP Act

The Standing Committee on Health is conducting a comprehensive review of Alberta's Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIP) Act, including possible revisions. Comments and suggestions for improvements to privacy protection, information access, and administration are being sought. The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2010. If you have comments, please send them to CCVO Policy Analyst Laura MacKinnon at lmackinnon@calgarycvo.org by June 21, and CCVO will make a submission based on feedback from the sector.
