We encourage you to print the registration form and mail or fax it to us at (403) 261-6602. We are interested in your reasons for joining and any ideas you might have about CCVO membership. You will notice a section on the form for your comments and we look forward to receiving this information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or cheque. Please note your method of payment on the Membership Application Form

To pay by cheque

Send a current-dated cheque, for the appropriate registration fee,
payable to: 'Calgary Chamber of Voluntary Organizations'.
