The intersecting rings of our logo represent the network of the CCVO and its membership, and the links that unite us across common issues. Differing spheres of various sizes and colours represent the myriad voluntary sector organizations in Calgary connecting within and across sectors, with differing levels of government, all contributing their collective strength to a vibrant community.
About CCVO

The Calgary Chamber of Voluntary Organizations (CCVO) is a registered charity working to strengthen Calgary's diverse voluntary sector and provide leadership on matters affecting the sector as a whole.


With the support of more than 440 members, CCVO:

  • Provides leadership in policy issues
  • Promotes an awareness and understanding of the sector
  • Engages members of the sector
  • Undertakes research
  • Acts as a clearinghouse of information and resources for and about the sector

CCVO is pleased to announce the release of No Small Thing: Calgary's small nonprofits, charities and grassroots groups, an exploratory study of 20 of Calgary's smallest nonprofit organizations.
