The intersecting rings of our logo represent the network of the CCVO and its membership, and the links that unite us across common issues. Differing spheres of various sizes and colours represent the myriad voluntary sector organizations in Calgary connecting within and across sectors, with differing levels of government, all contributing their collective strength to a vibrant community.

Spotlight on Insurance Issues in the Voluntary Sector (September 12, 2005)
Keynote Presentation
At this event, Katherine van Kooy discussed the insurance-related issues facing the sector. The event included an overview of the key issues and information about the local, provincial and national initiatives to address this issue, and possibilities for the future. CCVO was joined by guest speaker Gael Macleod, and the Q&A session will feature Cathy Strand, Account Executive, Toole Peet Insurance.
