New Alberta Cabinet Announced
The new Alberta government cabinet features novice and experienced ministers; reorganized portfolios; and seven new ministries, which include Culture and Community Spirit, Housing and Urban Development, and Aboriginal Relations.
Funding Preserved for Nonprofit Surveys
Good News! The 2008 Federal budget secures continued funding through Statistics Canada for the Canadian Survey on Giving, Volunteering and Participation (CSGVP) and the Satellite Account. Thank you to all the organizations that wrote to Minster Prentice to "Save the CSGVP"!
