New Survey about Heritage & Cultural Institutions
Statistics Canada has released results of the Survey of Heritage Institutions that collects data on for-profit as well as not-for-profit heritage institutions in Canada including museums, historic sites and other related institutions such as exhibition centres, planetariums, and observatories, aquariums and zoos, and botanical gardens, arboretums and conservatories. Performing Arts Survey Results Released
Statistics Canada has released the results of the Survey of Performing Arts that collects data on for-profit as well as not-for-profit performing arts companies in Canada. Federal External Advisory Committee on Cities and Communities Releases Final Report
The Federal Government appointed External Advisory Committee on Cities and Communities has released From Restless Communities to Resilient Places:Building A Stronger Future For All Canadians. The report provides a long-term vision of the role cities and communities should play in sustaining our prosperity and includes a number of recommendations for communities and all levels of government.
