CCVO Celebrates 5 years at 2009 AGM

Building on October's session, Monica Polhmann delved deeper into relationship building with City Hall, complete with case studies from guest presenters. A lunchtime panel discussion featuring Bob Hawkesworth, Alderman for Ward 4; and Chris Branch, Director,Community and Neighbourhood Services on what gets their attention and builds your credibility was also part of this event.
