Released April 28, 2008, this report from the Alberta government looks at the current hiring crisis in Alberta's voluntary sector, and what steps are and can be taken towards a solution.

It provides background information for considering the implications of a general shortage of skilled labour and the increasingly competitive market conditions in Calgary and across the province.

CCVO undertook this paper on behalf of a working group convened by United Way of Calgary and Area (funding provided by the  United Way).
