This two day introduction to volunteer management certificate course by Volunteer Calgary will give you the basic foundation for volunteer involvement in your organization. Everything you need to know about the basics of volunteer management; planning, recruitment, supervision, retention and strategic volunteer engagement.

Charity Village is a web-based organization that includes training programs, tools and reference information designed for those employed by the Canadian Voluntary Sector. Resources also include a national job posting centre and a weekly newsletter of Canadian charitable developments, the Village Vibe.

Provides news releases, survey and reports, bookstore, media guide and research related to the Voluntary Sector, nonprofit HR, and Volunteer Management. Volunteer Calgary also offers a volunteer job database, board member recruitment program and Volunteer Management courses for Calgary nonprofits and charities.
