The Alberta Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Workforce Council has developed the Workforce Initiatives Inventory to provide a forum for nonprofit organizations to obtain and share information about nonprofit workforce initiatives throughout Alberta. The inventory is divided into four categories: Human Resources Management, Leadership Development, Information and Research and Shared Space and Services.
Featuring over 3,600 resources, this library has a broad selection of lending and reference resources related to the nonprofit sector and nonprofit management including human resources.

Volunteer Calgary also offers a volunteer job database, board member recruitment program and Volunteer Management courses for Calgary nonprofits and charities.
