As talent becomes increasingly difficult to find, we are heading toward a global employability crisis. Employers must reconsider their work models and people practices, and develop a robust workforce strategy that in a sense “manufactures” the talent they need to execute their long-term business strategy.

The Alberta Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Workforce Council has developed the Workforce Initiatives Inventory to provide a forum for nonprofit organizations to obtain and share information about nonprofit workforce initiatives throughout Alberta. The inventory is divided into four categories: Human Resources Management, Leadership Development, Information and Research and Shared Space and Services.
