The Community Spirit 2010-11 donation grant is now open.

Developed by The City of Calgary and administered by Calgary Arts Development, the Event Stimulus Program is part of The City's Festival and Event Policy adopted earlier in the year. Information sessions on this program are being offered on September 9.

Each fall Calgary Learns

DAM² Marketing is offering free marketing support through their Marketing Matters program to one nonprofit in North America.

The TD Friends of the Environment Foundation (TD FEF) is currently encouraging organizations to apply online for funding towards environmental improvement projects such as wildlife rehabilitation, education programs for children and tree planting campaigns.

Pepsi is giving away over a million dollars in grants to support and fund exceptional ideas to help better our community.

Each Spring, Calgary learns provides grants to a maximum of $10,000 for Initiative Projects to research, develop and/or pilot innovative foundational learning opportunities for adult Calgarians. Visit their website for more details and to download the RFP. Proposals are due May 14, 2010.

The McKillop Award for Community Service will present $2,500 to a staff member of a Calgary nonprofit organization in the human services sector. This award acknowledges how the contribution of individuals impacts our community and helps to define our cities character. Nominations are due April 30, 2010.
