Alberta Voluntary and Nonprofit Workforce Council

The Alberta Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Workforce Council has developed the Workforce Initiatives Inventory to provide a forum for nonprofit organizations to obtain and share information about nonprofit workforce initiatives throughout Alberta. The inventory is divided into four categories: Human Resources Management, Leadership Development, Information and Research and Shared Space and Services.

Over the past two months, senior nonprofi t sector staff and other key stakeholders from across Alberta have volunteered to meet as a Steering Committee to develop the foundations for a provincial Workforce Council. This update will provide information on the development process.
